Company Formation

Subject to satisfactory due diligence completion, we will be able to incorporate an Isle of Man registered company within five working days. Our fees for company incorporation are competitive and include government disbursements, a company seal and our time incurred incorporating the company.

Only a Registered Agent may form an Isle of Man registered company in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 (New Manx Vehicle or "NMV").  The Registered Agent must have a Class 4 licence approved by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission to provide corporate services. Through Chase Financial Services Limited, Corporate Options is able to provide a Registered Agent and thus form NMVs.

We can also incorporate entities outside the Isle of Man.

We also have shelf companies available for either the 1931-2004 Companies Acts or the 2006 Companies Act.
