Lee has over 10 year’s valuable experience in the offshore financial industry working in both the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and a Member of the International Compliance Association. Lee specialises in all offshore matters particularly with respect to the jurisdictions Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, BVI and the Bahamas.

Elsdon Watson - Senior Manager

LLB Honours, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP)

Elsdon has worked in the offshore financial industry in both the Isle of Man and Guernsey for over 15 years, with experience in all offshore matters including corporations, foundations, large and medium scale property acquisitions, trusts and employee benefit structures.  He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and a qualified Trust & Estates Practitioner, with a degree in law from Liverpool University.

Michelle’s areas of expertise are Isle of Man and international company formation and corporate secretaryship. Michelle is currently studying towards completion of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification.
